    A short survey on the thank-you page, one question at a time. Ask how they found you, why they bought, or how likely they are to recommend you. It shows up after payment, so checkout stays exactly as it is.

    Customers see a gift set aside in their name. It stays closed while the order travels, so there's something to look forward to.

    It opens when the package does

    Once the order is delivered, the gift opens: a discount made for them, with the expiry you choose. Want it sooner? Let it open right after the survey.

Questions merchants ask

Where do customers see the survey?

On your Shopify thank-you page, right after they pay, so it never gets in the way of the sale. Customers who skip it can still answer later from their order page.

When does the gift open?

When the order is delivered. Twicebow follows the carrier's delivery updates, and a backup timer opens the gift if tracking never confirms. You can also have it open right after the survey.

Do customers need an account or points?

No. The gift is a discount code made for them, and each repeat order opens the next, bigger box. There is nothing to sign up for.

What if an order is cancelled or refunded?

The gift is cancelled and its code stops working. For partial refunds, you decide.

Will it work with my store?

Twicebow adds its blocks with Shopify's checkout editor, so there is no code to touch. The survey follows your checkout's colors and fonts. It works on every Shopify plan except Starter.

How much does it cost?

The Free plan includes 100 survey responses a month, with the gift and the growing box. Paid plans start at $29 a month with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify.

Can I send answers to Klaviyo or Google Sheets?

Yes, on Starter and up. Every plan can download answers as a CSV file, and Growth adds webhooks.
